also how will i promote myself at new job?Writting application to change jobs,to give reason for leaving my present?also what i have to offer new job?
A general rule is that the reasons for leaving a job should not be included in your resumeWritting application to change jobs,to give reason for leaving my present?also what i have to offer new job?
A good reason to give for changing jobs is for career/professional growth, to look for something more challenging. Employers tend to look favorably at applicants with motivation.

Be honest with what you put in your application, and make sure that you can deliver, as this would form part of your prospective employer's expectations (and first impression.)

Delivering the goods (like you said you would) would be the best way to promote yourself at your new job.
List a reason that is positive, depending on what field you work, you can say something like

';I wanted to expand my horizons, and seek out new opportunities with a larger/highly accredited/well renown

(type of company ie. computer/technology/health care) organization.';

Whatever you do, don't say anything negative about your co-workers or manager or the poor moral of the company at your current job, even if it is the reason you're leaving. Complaining will make you sound unprofessional.

A good way to promote yourself at your new job is to of course do excellent job, but also be friendly, smiling and greeting others will help them remember you.

Good luck!
