Increased anxiety after quitting smoking / changing jobs after 16 years / having a newborn?

I know there isn't a quick fix but i'm willing to do whatever to feel okay again.

Any clue how i can beat this?Increased anxiety after quitting smoking / changing jobs after 16 years / having a newborn?
Great tips in the previous comment. Also, try laying off caffeine (if you drink coffee or soda) for awhile-- or at least cutting back from your normal consumption. Caffeine can be a culprit for feeding anxiety attacks.

You have had some crazy life changes, so it sounds like your body is rebelling.

You have had major changes in your life enough to drive anyone into an anxiety ridden state. I would suggest to do some exercising to release some of the pent up anxiety. Whatever you do don't go back to smoking cigarettes. Perhaps you need to talk to a confidante. Begin an exercise regime, perhaps, running and you will feel great again!!!
