She doesn't stay in a job long because a previous wage garnishment catches up with her. I want to file a judgement against her Illinois tax refunds or better yet the federal tax refunds, how do I do it?How can I collect on a judgement for an evicted tenant? She changes jobs because of another wage garnishment.?
seems to me you cant garnish tax returns. thats reserved for state and federal garnishments. IE child support unpaid fines back taxes etc.
