How to find a 'creative' job?

I'm looking to change jobs (from teaching) and would like to do something educational..working on the more creative side of educational equipment or educational resources. How would I go about this?? Contact a recruitment agency, If so, which ones?How to find a 'creative' job?
I have a number of education related jobs on my site, also the site offers a resume matching service for recruiters.



So if you register and fill in the resume with as much detail / keywords as you can then this will be sent to the recruiters,and you do very little as they will contact you.
