How can i get the job as a dishwasher?

Im a highschool student and i've worked in a grocery store for overa year now stocking shelves and bagging. But now im changing jobs. Im going to a restaurant to apply for a job as a dishwasher. I really need a job so I can save up to pay for my car and its insurance
