How can i negotiate the interviewer?

if i don't change jobs i'm going to get sick, cancer, or something hazardous due to my exposure. so i have to give up on it, to the dismay and hatred of my company. how will letting them down go? i will transfer to something unrelated. an interview with an insurance company. i don't know if they're going to push sales on me, i want to negotiate for a different/claims adjusting etc position. how can i negotiate the interviewer to give me a job i want, not what he'll offer? also, how boring will work in an insurance company be? any ideas? How can i negotiate the interviewer?
In most companies, you do not negotiate for a specific job if you are not currently employed by that company. You apply for the position that is open in which you are interested. If the company does not advertise a job in which you are interested, then you are probably wasting your time and theirs by applying for a different job and then saying ';but I really want to do X instead';. This is the standard in the US; in other countries it may be different.
