buffing is from assists or ringmasters. unless u wan to b in that class, get a party with an assist or rm n ask them to buff u.How do i change job in flyff? and tell me about how to buffs?
you will get your first job when you reached level 15 and you'll get your second job when you reached level 60... regarding with the buff if you want you could join a party with a class assist...
