I'm a CS major, but my mother is pushing for math (she knows me better than I know myself...)! I like both. Would a math degree give me more flexibility (if I need to change jobs?)How are software engineers fairing in this economy?
Software engineers are now earning less money then they were a few years ago but there are still jobs out there. A minor in math out help you definitely. I don't think that it will give you a lot more flexibility.
