Any experts in getting a new job?

I have never been able to change jobs or get a new job. I understand the reasoning %26amp; excuses within me to why I have not been successful but don't know how to be successful. Therefore my Q is to those who are experts in getting a new job, those who change jobs lots of times, %26amp; always seem to move around in new positions. What is it you do?, what steps do you take?, Any techniques you abide by?, Laws of success to getting a new job? Thank you guys you will change a habbit of 10yrs. Any experts in getting a new job?
First you need to have a resume and cover letter to apply for a new employment opportunity. Also, you must hit the pavement running to be successful. You must apply to as many positions as possible in a day on a weekly/monthly basis.



However, it is not wise to change jobs numerous times. This does not appear to be a steady employee which a prospective employer would consider as a serious candidate.



There are many techniques to complete the job hunting process. However, you would need to be more precise as to what field of employment you are interested in becoming employed in.
